Each month we invite you to hop behind out marble dining counter and get hands on with our seafood of choice, learning the tips and tricks for perfect preparation and cooking under the masterful eye of executive chef Christian Edwardson.
In an intimate class of 6, you will enjoy a welcome drink, four-course lunch which you will help to prepare and a glass of wine while learning about the producers and suppliers of our great seafood.
